Adrián Domínguez has a long career on editorial photography, for two decades he has portrayed a large variety of personalities and tackled reports on contemporary issues for international publishers such as Condé Nast, Gruner&Jahr, Spain-Media, Focus, GrupoZ, Prisa or Hachette. He has also managed corporative photography for big companies and institutions such as Madrid City Council, COAM, Red Bull Media House, Repsol Foundation, LVMH Iberia, Shell Oil or Leroy Merlin.

Since last years, he's deepening on personal projects by documentary essays, placing special attention on anthropological and environmental aspects of local communities and regional territories, using storytelling to explore human impact on nature (key to sustainability). He has international recognitions (watch below) and his works has published in int'l media such as The Economist, El País, GQ, El Mundo, Esquire, International Business Times, Traveler, Vice, XLSemanal, Forbes, etc.

He is currently working in a long-term project on the countryside, an endemic spanish issue that confronts the rural world with the urban: The celtiberian heritage is rooted throughout the Península with customs and traditions recalling the ancestral idiosyncrasies of pre-romanic tribes, but since industrial revolution the development progress leaves a country with over-exploited cities that dilutes a political border between agrarian and urbane, the city-model prevails as a process of colonization and some people are rethinking lifestyle in villages ...

Researchers should maintain a level of integrity in their behavior, not working offensively and commitment to honesty. To get integrated in the study group, which involves risks and unclog moods, interpreting different facets or masks and be part of the study object. 'Partaker-observation' requires the observer's presence but so that this does not disturb the development of matters. Basic inquiry responsibilities: towards people, animals and environment, to knowledge and science, to the public, to students, to the dissemination of results. Code of Ethics of AAA.
