Rangelands occupies a considerable area, those nude forests, usually with Quercus species; oaks, or even pine or beech, it's a derivative of Mediterranean forest where human activity is intense (since neolitic communities) for the maintenance of tenable system by the hunting activity and the use of forest products; firewood, cork, animal breeding, mushrooms, etc. It is a system that integrates trees, grasses and forage, aimed to improving the performance of land within sustainability.
